The main reason that NextHome Element Realty began in the first place was to create a brokerage where agents could feel comfortable and not in competition with fellow agents. We see ourselves here as a team and practice good karma: when you help someone out, they should be there for you, too. That’s why from start to finish you won’t have to fight for leads or worry about having another agent steal your sales. What is given to you is yours, if or until you say otherwise.
What’s the point of doing something if you don’t enjoy every minute of it? We’re very professional here- but never take ourselves too seriously. The NextHome brand itself is young-at-heart. It’s the fastest growing real estate company in the United States, and “the future of real estate”. And in case you didn’t notice, our main color isn’t red or black or blue- we don’t need to steal colors from ink pens. We’re orange. We’re bright, fun, witty, and have a sense of humor. Not only is our team like a family, but so is our brand as a whole. Obviously we deal with a lot of families- so we constantly tailor ourselves to that. Oh, and did we mention we’re dog lovers? Meet our lovable mascot, Luke (left). You can find him at any NextHome. So what makes ours any different?
Our Luke is a celebrity among orange dogs (you wouldn’t believe how many there are). He’s one of the few who have their own Instagram, and the only one who spends his life traveling around our area, showing our followers all there is to love in the Los Angeles and Ventura counties. He’s adventurous, playful, funny, and a bit mischievous. So if anybody is going to pull an office prank on you….not to point fingers, but…..
We don’t want to earn our clients any way other than with integrity: with hard work, care, and honesty, among other values. We’re transparent with all of our clients and we go the extra mile so their purchasing or selling experience is one that will be (almost) completely effortless for them.
That means we expect a lot more from our agents. We don’t just push and shove our customers through the transaction. We take our time to research and present each property comprehensively, taking every one of their concerns and preferences into account.
